Are magnets safe?

Yes. There are no known side effects, in using magnetic therapy. Obviously they should not be swallowed. Magnets are for external use and should not be applied to broken skin.

How long can you keep the plasters on, and are they safe?

We use hypo-allergenic plasters. This means that they should be safe for people who have sensitive skin. Providing they don’t irritate your skin, they can be left on for weeks, but we advise you change them periodically.
